These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VenuIQ platform, mobile applications, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it current. VenuIQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to the platform or other users.
Permitted use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, circumvent access controls, scrape or harvest other users' personal data, upload malicious content, or use the Services to send unsolicited communications.
Hosts, Exhibitors, and Attendees
VenuIQ supports three primary roles with different capabilities and responsibilities. Hosts create and manage events and are the data controller for personal data of Attendees registered to their events. Exhibitors capture leads at events under the Host's authority. Attendees register for events and control their own profile data.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (event descriptions, profile information, lead notes). By submitting content you grant VenuIQ a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Services.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are described on the VenuIQ pricing page and are governed by the order form or subscription you sign up for. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your plan.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from the My VenuIQ settings. VenuIQ may terminate or suspend access where you materially breach these Terms, where required by law, or where continued operation of your account would harm the platform. Upon termination your access ends and your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenuIQ's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form, or where no order form exists, the jurisdiction in which VenuIQ's contracting entity is established.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
